Sourced from one of our private collections and now fully restored and Advanced Elevated Serviced by Nak Central AudioLabs. This is Aiwa's top flagship and sounds as good as it looks with its Rosewood side panels! The XK-S9000 opens up a new realm in cassette audio, with several important advances to push sound performance to the highest level possible.
Aiwa's original AMTS (anti-modulation tape stabiliser) cuts resonance for clearer sound, while the Bias Shield Head Block works during recording to shield the playback head for the detrimental effects of recording flux. Amorphous heads are used for both recording and playback, with internal coils wound with PC-OCC copper wire for optimum conductivity. This translates to greater audio accuracy, particularly in music with delicate passages and subtle transients. This deck is a super performer and is a top line flagship from Aiwa! This deck is equipped with its own DACS too!
