Wireless Remote Control including Azimuth Adjustment for Play Head. Manual Play Head Azimuth Adjustment. Auto Calibration for Tape Record Level/bias/Azimuth setting for any type of Tape. Manual Override for all these selections. Service done on this machine.

The Machine came to my possession as Working Machine and however i always notice the machine required clean up, Belts change and alignment with Calibration of Meter/Playback/Record as well as Analog to Digital Converter adjustments. Most of such work requires Nakamichi Gauges/ Alignment Cassettes with High Bandwidth DMM/ Nakamichi T100 analyzer. I use Audio Precision for checking the Record Play bandwidth - output shows 20Hz -23 Khz bandwidth with fairly Flat response to 20 Khz. Since this Recorder has the Factory Gear Mod for Spool Drive it is a great advantage - not requiring Idler Tire changes every 2 years or so. Finally the Deck comes with Original Wireless RM 7C remote control for Arm chair remote to do everything including Play head azimuth control.
